Government Dredger "St. Enoch" stranded at Quarry Bay. Should
bo floated today.
Temporary piers at Harbour Office and Gunpowder Depots destroy-
-ed.
Srall damages to roofs and outhouses at Green Island Lighthouse:
Pier damaged.
Small damages to roofs and outhouses at Gunpowder Depot and
Sea Wall damaged.
Pier at Cheung Chau damaged: Beacon in channel bent over.

Nearly all bamboo wharves in Colony demolished. Eastern "rench Yail moorings: shackle of buoy broken by 8.8.
"Miyasaki Maru"; moorings on the botton-buoy adrift. Four-masted Barque "Lyndhurst" dragged down and fouled S.S. "Hongkong Maru", damaging both vessels sligh:ly. Yaumati: Three dirt boats sunk off Police Station.

Police Fier, Tsimshatsui: One cargo boat, two sampans danaged
and water logged.
Wanchai: All yachts and one steam launch on their beam ends on
Ah Ying's Slipway: probably damaged more or less.
Quarry Bay. One launch gunk.
Cape Callinson. One sampan lost: Five men rescued. (One injured)
one life lost.
Kap Shui mun. One junk sunk.
Pillar Point. One junk sunk.
